I approach my clients with compassion, a sense of humor and knowledge to empower you through short and long term rough spots. I tend towards working with folks who are/have struggled with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD and navigating life changes. I would say my approach is often eclectic, meaning that I tailor my treatment according to your needs and feedback. I hope to work with you from where you are now until you have reached your goal of being your best version of yourself. I have been in practice for 19 years and hope my experience can contribute to your journey and healing.
