Therapy does not have to be boring! I utilize science-based, evidenced-backed treatments for you to feel better, quickly, and build resilience to protect you in the future. In a safe and non-judgmental environment, I will introduce Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills, which give you more control over distressing or intrusive thoughts, and are especially effective in teaching new coping skills. I also adopt many principles of Positive Psychology, to promote happiness and the pursuit of a meaningful life. I look forward to seeing you succeed.
