Hi, I’m Anna Deibel, and I’m passionate about helping people break free from the cycles of perfectionism, overthinking, and people pleasing. I know how overwhelming it can feel to constantly strive for more while never feeling like you’re good enough. That’s why I specialize in building resilience, developing coping skills, and strengthening communication. Working together, we can identify the patterns that are holding you back from living the life you want. Using approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) we will work to help you regain a sense of control.
