I believe in meeting people where they are at and through safe and non-judgmental guidance exploring past and current struggles to allow for a happier and healthier future. I believe that people innately have what they need inside them and with the proper tools they can pull the strengths and resilience that they have out to lead a life that they strive to live. Together we will work to explore the impact that our past has had on our present and modify maladaptive and unhealthy patterns to move towards a future that has a more sustainable outcome.
