Everyone has a story to tell. Our experiences are what make us unique. Sometimes those experiences can be absolutely wonderful, but sometimes they can unexpectedly flip our world upside down and leave us feeling hopeless, lost, or alone. We may not be able to change the experiences from our past, however, through our work together, we can make sure that they do not define our future. I’m here to listen without judgement, offer support, and encourage self reflection. I provide a safe space to confront whatever it is that may be holding you back from living your life to the fullest.
