I am a Holistic Counselor, and recognize the importance of working with each client as an entire human being. Life experiences, the effects of presenting symptoms and issues on the mind and body, as well as the healing potential of the human spirit are all taken into consideration for assessment and treatment purposes. My main goals are to help optimize each individual's overall well-being, and to strengthen the assets that already lie within. I enjoy working with adolescents, and adults. Clients of all gender, sexual orientation, cultural and spiritual backgrounds are welcome. I currently provide individual, couples/marriage, and family counseling.
