I specialize in walking alongside individuals and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—whether from past trauma, shame, internalized beliefs, lack of belonging, anxiety, depression, substance use, or daily life challenges. I support those longing for healing, deeper connection, and a return to their authentic selves. I use EMDR and other evidence-based treatments to process trauma, including religious and identity-related wounds. In couples therapy, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to deepen emotional connection, break negative cycles, improve communication, and foster healthier, more secure relationships.
