I’m a Clinical Psychotherapist Resident at Meridian Psychotherapy Associates, where we specialize in culturally responsive, trauma-informed care for individuals and couples. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief, and I’m especially passionate about supporting siblings and caregivers of people with disabilities. I aim to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their values, goals, and growth at their own pace.
