I provide therapy for children, adolescents and adults wanting treatment for issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, ODD, grief, substance abuse, domestic violence issues, anger management, behavior issues in school and at home, PTSD and trauma-related stressors. My clients are looking for help in coping with these issues, oftentimes finding learning more about these diagnoses helps normalize what they are experiencing and finally finding someone who actually understands their struggles. Not only will we identify the struggles, but together I will work with my clients to find effective coping skills and strategies to thrive. I have extensive experience working with individuals facing substance abuse and addiction, as well as those who have experienced trauma—both children and adults. Whether you’re struggling with past wounds, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or just looking for a supportive space to process life’s difficulties, I’m here to help.
