My style is warm, down-to-earth, and highly engaged. I work collaboratively with clients, whether they’re looking for deep insight, concrete strategies, or a mix of both. I am trained in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Structural Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Substance Abuse and Recovery. I am committed to building a strong, therapeutic alliance. I am very sensitive to clients who struggle with trust and betrayal being very aware that trust is a huge issue at the beginning of therapy. My hope is that we will be co partners in treatment. Hopefully, you will participate in setting treatment goals.
