Clients may seek me out as a therapist because they need support in the areas of their mental health and overall well-being. I enjoy getting to know my clients and helping them on their journey to improved health and happiness, stability, and growth. Adults, families, children and adolescents all have individual needs and challenges in their lives, that may arise from family of origin issues, trauma, disabilities, etc. The goal is to assist people in overcoming these adverse experiences, by learning and growing in their awareness, and developing new ways of more fully engaging in life and improving overall life satisfaction.
