I am a Licensed Social Worker and LCADC with extensive experience working with adolescents and adults, utilizing multi-systematic approaches. My experience includes outpatient Drug and Alcohol, outpatient mental health, Inpatient hospitalization, Crisis stabilization, and residential homes for IDD/Autism adolescents. Types of therapy I provide is Group & Individual counseling. Treatment Modalities that I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interview, Solution Focused, and Client Centered Therapy. I received my masters at Rutgers University. I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers. My mission is to improve lives by providing education and promoting self-awareness through group and individual therapy. To help empower individuals by providing tools they need to manage their emotions, behavior, and stress better.
