Taking the first steps to wellness is never easy, and yet you've made it this far! I'm so happy that you've taken a moment to consider my page. As a counselor, I believe that everyone deserves to live authentically and healthily no matter their circumstances. I've worked with clients from many walks of life, but I have extra experience in working with life stress, disordered eating, anxiety, and neurodivergence. Even if you fall outside of these categories, I always meet you where you are to make positive changes in your life! I also offer comprehensive ADHD testing for ages 6+. Every person is a unique individual with unique needs, so I utilize several different techniques to find what works best for you. I use anything from traditional psychotherapies to somatic mindfulness exercises. I also make a point to emphasize your natural strengths to help you gain the confidence needed to make healthy choices.
