I specialize in individual therapy and my primary goal is to listen to my client's needs and walk alongside them through their life's journey. I am a strong believer in empowering my clients, helping them find their inner strength, and increasing hope, healing, & happiness. Individuals come to me for issues surrounding trauma, anxiety, depression, family/relationship issues, self-image/self-esteem, postpartum, and overall finding a balance in life. I have training in many different techniques, varying from cognitive behavioral therapy to the sought after EMDR therapy.
