Psychotherapy is a journey. It's often difficult to see the patterns that are causing stuckness or confusion. I come from an internal family system and spiritual approach. I believe you have a direct line to your inner wisdom although the past can get in the way of the ability to have clear information. I can help provide a space so that you can get to know yourself and the parts of you that are impacted/reactive due history, known and unknown. I work psychodynamically, with ancestral patterns, spiritually to find ways connect to Self. The more aware we become, the more freedom we have to be who we meant to be in the world.
