My goal is to help people with the many facets and challenges life may bring. I believe in empowering a person to take control of their life and working on issues that they may have struggled with and could be affecting them. The vulnerability of welcoming a child into a family, having lost a loved one, divorce, depression, relationship problems, or life transitions may bring up unresolved issues and new challenges, but it also provides an opportunity to heal and stop cycles of intergenerational trauma and ultimately provide healing. The goal is to help you thrive just not survive in life.
