I love helping people overcome struggles so they can fully enjoy life as it is meant to be! Sometimes things happen in life, and even our best efforts aren’t enough to change behaviors, or to let go of events, losses, or fears. Everyone has a story in their lives and can heal, grow, and recover. I will listen to your unique story and help you make the changes you need to live a more fulfilling life. My education and experience have been focused on working with trauma. Trauma can happen due to many different experiences in your past. If left unchecked, it can show up in a wide range of distressing symptoms. Some of the symptoms we will focus on are anxiety, depression, fear, anger, nightmares, disassociation, flashbacks, & low self-esteem.
