My biggest passions are healing from complex and childhood traumas, and supporting pregnancy and postpartum journeys. This looks like building skills to cope with challenging mood and behaviors, developing self-awareness and self-compassion, honoring old wounds or generational patterns, and holding space for grief. Processing feelings and healing relational challenges is key. I use a holistic approach that honors my clients' innate healing wisdom- from mind, body, and spirit. I welcome adult individuals and couples, LGBTQIA+ folks, moms and dads. I'm sex and kink positive, fat positive, and culturally & religiously affirming.
