Family and friends mean well but often want you to "move on". Sometimes it is easier to just be quiet but it can be a lonely, anxious place to be. There is no one correct way to grieve or to grow. As a trained bereavement therapist with a strong background in trauma treatment I can provide a safe environment through a combination of insight oriented therapy, mindfullness and relaxation techniques and focus on future goals in which to explore your thoughts and emotions.
