I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, safe, and connected. This means showing up with attunement and presence, so you can begin to let go of protective barriers and be fully yourself. Many of us carry feelings of shame or isolation, especially when we feel misunderstood by those closest to us. In therapy, connection becomes the antidote—and the starting point for healing. You can expect to experience a felt sense of safety, which many of us struggle with. It's what makes being vulnerable so difficult, creating ripples of distress in our relationships and personal lives. I aim to provide you with a secure base, with emotional attunement, giving you the strength and courage to be seen outside of the therapeutic space.
