Hi, I'm Dr. Anna Laurie. I'm a Clinical Psychologist with twenty years of experience in the mental health field. My work focuses primarily on adults who are experiencing anxiety and depression, often in the context of stressful life problems. My goal is to help them get their lives back on track. I strive to create an environment for my clients where they feel safe and supported. I believe mental health therapy is some of the best, bravest work we as humans can do but it isn't always easy. It takes work, and it takes courage.
