I strive to help individuals learn ways to improve communication, decrease stress, improve coping skills, and to set personal goals in life. I am motivated to help you succeed. My focus is to provide unconditional positive regard for my clients and to provide specialized therapeutic services for each client. My specialties include depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and neurodiversity, to include ADHD. I am a certified Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
