Through the use of active and empathetic listening, professional counseling techniques, exercises and methods focused towards attaining measurable progress, I will work with you to find resources, tools and skills to pro-actively and confidently manage what you are faced with today. With a non-judgmental, caring and compassionate approach, I will also work with you to find healing from issues of trauma, abuse, grief, broken relationships or other unresolved issues from your past.
