My goal is to create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment, where you can explore your challenges and find healing. I have had experience counseling adolescents, adults, and families in both intensive and outpatient settings. I take pride in being able to provide a culturally sensitive approach, whatever your background is and what culture is most significant to you. Additionally, I provide services for specific populations including: first responders, veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I believe it is important to model healthy self-care in my own life.
