Hello! I am actively accepting new clients for virtual sessions as of 11/24/25. I work with individuals from the age of 13 and up. I recognize that deciding to begin therapy is a difficult step for many, and I work hard to provide a comfortable, relaxed environment to support you as you work toward improving your mental health. I use a relational approach and CBT interventions, which aim to decrease interfering thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as increase happiness and success in life. I also provide DBT informed therapy, targeting emotional regulation and improved interpersonal relations skills, amongst others.
