Whatever life struggles may bring you in, I will provide a warm, accepting environment for self-exploration, healing, and the development of coping skills to navigate life's obstacles. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families struggling with relationship issues. I am a certified specialist in anger management. I also have experience in a psychiatric setting addressing mental health issues, such as depression and anxiety, and coordinating care with medication providers.
