I am the Director at Monarch Wellness Center in Spring Lake, NJ. Monarch Wellness Center is a place of healing and a place to focus on you. We not only offer Psychotherapy we also offer Reiki, Healing Massages and Groups for adults and children. I personally specialize in treating young adults - adults struggling with anxiety, depression, addictions, and relationship issues. My emphasis focuses on supporting healthy communication in all relationships, adapting positive behavioral patterns, and addressing emotional struggles to alleviate chronic anxiety and depression.
