Hi! I'm Anna, a Licensed Professional Counselor. In sessions, I integrate modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based, ACT therapy, Psychodynamic, and others. Along with this, I take a unique approach using Neurotherapy technologies. I specialize in Othmer method Neurofeedback (direct neurofeedback). I am trained through EEG institute with a broad range of neurofeedback experience. There is not a one size fits all treatment - every person is unique and will have a different protocol and treatment plan based on personal needs & goals. My work is grounded in the belief that people heal in a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship that allows for reflection, honesty, and gentle growth. I value authenticity, attunement, and inclusivity.
