Over time, I’ve developed a deep passion for working specifically with women, pursuing additional training in perinatal and postpartum mental health, as well as PTSD and C-PTSD. I understand what it’s like to search for help while juggling life’s many demands. My goal is to offer a relatable, encouraging presence as you take this next step. You are not alone—in fact, you’re in good company. I use an integrative approach where I evaluate your specific needs and tailor evidence based treatments to fit your needs. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults and adults as they face various challenges within those stages. I have been trained in EMDR and utilize many trauma informed modalities.
