I'm so happy you're here! I'm Anna, a licensed clinical social worker, and I can't wait to take these next steps with you in your mental health journey. Whether you're a kid working through all of the big emotions, a teen starting to figure out who you are and who you want to be, or a young adult getting ready to transition into the next big phase of your life, let's talk about it! This is a safe space to come as you are without judgement. I'll be here whenever you're ready. My specialty is strengths-based perspective. I'm a firm believer that we already have a lot of tools and talents to help us be successful when it comes to problem solving, it's a matter of connecting with someone who can help us recognize what we might not always be able to see within ourselves!
