When we feel othered, alone, or hopeless — it's hard to ask for help. Talking to a therapist can help you feel like yourself again. I help my clients discover the root of their concerns through storytelling, reflecting on their values and desires, and understanding in what ways they’ve adapted to being in the world. Together, we create a space that feels warm, safe, and healing — and ultimately restores a sense of joy, play, and hope. We’ll learn to develop curiosity about emotional patterns, skills to communicate effectively, and tools to slow down when life inevitably gets overwhelming.
