Together, we build a trusting, collaborative relationship, explore challenges, develop practical coping skills, and strengthen emotional awareness. My approach is client-centered and supportive, helping clients gain clarity, resilience, and confidence as they take meaningful steps toward balance, growth, and a greater sense of well-being.
