Are you feeling confused, stuck or overwhelmed by life experiences? At times, it can be difficult to see the full picture when you’re inside the frame. I strive to create a safe environment for each client, one where compassion and curiosity can lead to change and finding your most authentic self. In a safe, empathic space, we will explore your relationships, patterns of thinking and feeling, and the meanings behind them. I have experience working in mental health clinics as well as palliative care and oncology. I hope to help you cope with life's various stressors and understand yourself in ways you’ve never considered.
