I believe we are all born our true authentic selves but often life gets in the way! Our childhood experiences, day-to-day life, and relationships impact us along the way. I work with clients to sort through the clutter in our minds to understand the meaning. I love to help clients get “unstuck,” close the loop of past traumas, and stop the rumination. I use motivational interviewing, mindfulness, interpersonal process approach, existential and psychodynamic therapy. I am trained in EMDR, perinatal mental health, LGBTQ, and substance abuse.
