A part of you wants to reach out for support and a part of you doesn’t. This is totally understandable because finding the “right fit” with a therapist in this day and age seems like more work then you have time for, and can also be anxiety provoking. Often times making a human connection can be challenging especially with a therapist. I firmly believe that the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone to any therapy work.
