I thoroughly enjoy working with pre-teens, adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of challenges—including trauma, worries, being beyond stressed-out, self-doubt, the dark fog of depressive thoughts, crisis of identity and self-worth and the complex emotions that can come with life, work, school, relationships, and everything in-between. My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and direct. I believe in being honest and transparent with my clients, offering guidance that is clear and grounded in compassion. At the same time, I honor each person’s unique pace and process—therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I’m here to meet you where you are without rushing your journey.
