Hello and welcome! I provide therapy in-person in the San Francisco Bay Area, and virtually throughout CA. My specialties include working with grief and loss, identity exploration, depression and anxiety. My approach is based on what we know about attachment, trauma, and resilience-with support, people can grow even in and through painful experiences. I enjoy helping individuals identify what matters most to them in life, and set meaningful goals with this in mind. I form relationships with clients based on respect and understanding, including learning ways you are shaped by family, community, and culture. We’ll build on the parts of your life that foster wellness. Working together to understand your emotional experience, thought patterns, and relational processes, we will create a foundation for change.
