I specialize in treating individuals & couples with depression, anxiety, sexual health & relationship issues, trauma, and other life challenges. Although it can be difficult to take the leap into mental health treatment, I believe doing so can contribute immeasurably to anyone’s well-being. The current stress and uncertainty of day to day life make this especially true. I strongly believe all individuals are capable of personal growth, overcoming struggles, and bettering their lives.
