If you’re feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or like you don’t fit the mold—you’re not alone. My primary area of focus is the mental health and well-being of adolescents and young adults (ages 13-23). I work with teens and young adults navigating mental health challenges, identity questions, academic or social pressures, and life transitions. We will work together to help you gain insight and build coping skills and self-awareness. I am an LLMSW in private practice under the supervision of Ananda Wellness. My mission is to meet each person where they are and walk with them as they find their way forward. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with creative tools like journaling and art. I help young people express themselves, explore their inner worlds, and discover paths to thriving that honor who they truly are.
