You got on Psych Today and despite the doubt, you had a small twinkle of hope that believes that something different… something better is possible for you! As a therapist, I am your partner in growing that small spark into the blazing flame that you have deep inside you. Whether you are living with depression, anxiety, or trauma, I would be honored to support you in expanding your self-confidence and sense of connection and aliveness. I will meet you with curiosity, compassion & humor. We will slow down together & explore the elements that are obstructing your path forward & work to heal, change, or accept them. Beyond talk therapy, I also work with the arts (visual art, music, movement), somatic (body-based) approaches to clarify your inner wisdom, and Brainspotting to process trauma.
