I have been working as a Clinical Social worker for over 26 years. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, family and couples coping with symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, and PTSD. I assist families and couples on building healthy communication to repair broken relationships. My goal is help you gain the tools needed to heal and foster emotional stability and learn to manage life stressors.
