As a counselor, I aim to support my clients as they pursue mental and emotional health. This includes taking inventory of their whole life and identifying areas that could benefit from a little attention. Feeling grounded and healthy is a feeling worth devoting energy toward pursuing. Other than talk therapy, I offer walk-and-talk therapy where you can explore your emotions and learn mindfulness while in the great outdoors! I also offer Christian counseling for those seeking a faith-based perspective for their time in counseling.
