About

My goal as a psychotherapist is to empower individuals to increase self awareness, explore identity, emotion and insight, and identify and navigate opportunities, resources and barriers along their path. I specialize in treating clients experiencing adjustment and transitional issues related to life events: anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, identity exploration and others. My ideal clients are young to middle aged adults who are ready to explore these issues and reach their goals for change, while becoming the person they want to be in the present and long-term. You bring the content and I’ll guide the interventions. Issues of adjustment in young to middle adulthood are an area of particular interest to me, as this is a time of such important exploration, growth and change. This is a great time to work on yourself! As a social worker, I take a holistic, person-in-environment approach to create individualized treatment planning for our work together.
