My name is Anna Pierotti, owner and primary therapist of Alpenglow Therapy and I provide therapy for adults and adolescents (11+) in Colorado & Utah. My ideal client is someone who is struggling to regulate their emotions or their nervous system, might be going though a major life change, and/or who wants help but doesn't want just 'talk therapy'. My therapy is LGBTQIA+ friendly, trauma informed, and neurodivergent affirming. I specialize in treating clients with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, chronic illness/pain, autism, and ADHD.
