English | Français Welcome. I’m Anna Pilpre, a Marriage and Family Associate Therapist. I work with couples, individuals, teens, children, and families navigating changes in identity, roles, and relationships, with a focus on LGBTQIA+ communities. I support nonbinary and trans youth and their caregivers through coming out, transition, and co-transitioning. I also specialize in women’s mental health across all stages of life. My work is grounded in presence, care, and deep listening. I offer a safe, affirming space where connection can grow and self-trust can return, because authentic growth begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and connected. Grounded in collaboration, I specialize in LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy and work with compassion and conscious presence. Drawing from Narrative, ACT, IFS, feminist, and client-centered approaches, I help you explore inner parts and emotions to feel more connected and aligned. I am here to support you or your child/teen on this journey.
