I work with adults and couples interested in reconnecting with their inherent strengths and values to combat the problems they're up against. I work with clients looking for support navigating their relationship to ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, and Chronic Illness. I love supporting clients curious about understanding how their past (and generations before them), and the world/society at large influence the problem(s) at hand. Together we can work to identify and deconstruct dominant narratives holding you back from what you want. We can also body double, work on sending that scary email, or craft your to-do list.
