Hello! Do you want change but feel unsure how to achieve it? Do you feel alone in your struggles? Does life-past, present, or future-feel like too much? We all have hardships, but not all of us have someone to help us through them, or heal from the afterwards. My passion is to be one of those people, helping others overcome difficulties to find healing and restoration. Using a trauma-informed, cognitively-centered, and often faith-based approach, I have gained experience in the areas of anxiety, depression, ADHD management, anger management, sexual traumas, grief, and others.
