My ideal client would be a young person struggling with depression, anxiety, social/relationship challenges, and/or low self-esteem. They want to feel confident in themselves, their relationships, and their educational or work endeavors because they want their life to be worth living. I can help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their inner processes, and how their past experiences shape their current experiences. I can teach clients skills that can help them regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and face intimidating situations. I can listen compassionately and witness clients' experiences, feelings, and thoughts.
