My approach is warm, curious and collaborative — combining empathy with practical strategies to help you break unwanted patterns like overthinking, avoidance, self-criticism, and perfectionism. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and life transitions, as well as those exploring questions of faith, identity, and meaning.
