I enjoy working with individuals who are navigating ADHD, anxiety, relationship stress, and identity exploration - particularly deep thinkers, neurodivergent persons, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. As a Minnesota transplant myself, I especially enjoy working with others navigating that transition - finding community, confidence, and a sense of home within themselves. I work best with teens, young adults, and women who are ready to understand themselves on a deeper level. In our work together, I show up as real and human. My clients tell me they appreciate my directness and that I don’t just nod along and validate - I’ll challenge you when needed and help you see things from new angles. Sessions are a mix of insight, laughter, and practical tools you can realistically use in daily life.
